Addis Ababa, Ethiopia — Save Your Generation Ethiopia (SYGE), an NGO working to empower young people and promote safer communities, conducted a Life Skills Session at Addis Ketema Secondary and Preparatory School.
The session aimed to strengthen students’ practical skills and confidence to manage everyday challenges and make informed and responsible decisions. Key topics included self-awareness, effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, positive relationships, and resisting negative peer pressure.
Students actively participated in discussions and interactive activities, sharing their experiences and exploring practical ways to build confidence, communicate effectively, and respond positively to challenges.
Through continued life skills education, SYGE is supporting students to develop the knowledge, skills, and resilience needed to make healthy choices and contribute positively to their school and community.
